A VEHICLE OBSERVED TRAVELING NORTH ON RT. 130 WAS OBSERVED

CROSSING OVER THE PAINTED LANES, UNABLE TO MAINTAIN A SINGLE

LANE. THAT VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AND THE DRIVER SUBSEQUENTL Y

CHARGED WITH FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A LANE, RECKLESS DRIVING AND

DWI. JEFFREY LAMBERT OF BRICK, NJ, AGE 52, WAS TAKEN TO POLICE

HEADQUARTERS WHERE HE RECEIVED HIS SUMMONS AND A COURT DATE

FOR LATER IN MAY. MR. LAMBERT WAS TURNED OVER TO A FAMIL Y

MEMBER AND RELEASED ROR.

ARRESTING OFFICER DET/SGT. SHAUN LAFFERTY.

MAY 1 10:50PM

POLICE WERE CALLED TO THE HOB TAVERN FOR AN UNRULEY PATRON.

UPON ARRIVAL EMPLOYEES REQUESTED THE REMOVAL OF THOMAS B.

HENSLEY, AGE 48, OF BURLINGTON, NJ. MR. HENSLEY WAS CHARGED

WITH DISORDERL Y PERSONS AND ADVISED NOT TO RETURN TO THE

TAVERN. AT 11:55 PM POLICE WERE AGAIN CALLED TO THE HOB TAVERN

FOR A PERSON TRESPASSING. MR. HENSLEY WAS AGAIN ARRESTED THIS

TIME FOR TRESPASSING AND TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL (RWJ) FOR

BEING HIGHLY INTOXICATED. AT 7:57 AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING

(5/2/09) A CROSSWICKS ST. RESIDENT REPORTED A DISORDERLY MALE

SITTING ON THE STEPS OF HER RESIDENCE AND POLICE RESPONDED TO,

AGAIN, FIND MR. HENSLEY BEING DISORDERLY. MR. HENSLEY WAS

TRANSPORTED TO POLICE HEADQUARTERS AND CHARGED WITH

DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND RELEASED ..

ARRESTING OFFICERS DET/SGT. SHAUN LAFFERTY ASSISTED BY PTL. DAN

ANDERSON ..
