PRESS RELEASE FOR WEEK ENDING SEPT. 21,2009

POLICE WERE STOPPED WHILE ON PATROL BY THE

OWNER OF THE HOB TAVERN, ADVISING THAT TWO

SUBJECTS JUST REMOVED A GAME (WII) SYSTEM

FROM THE BACK ROOM OF THE TAVERN AND FLED

ON FOOT. GIVEN A DESCRIPTION OF THE TWO

INDIVIDUALS POLICE WERE ABLE TO LOCATE TWO

INDIVIDUALS FITTING THEIR DESCRIPTION

APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES LATER. AFTER BEING

IDENTIFIED AS THE TWO SUSPECTS BY PATRONS IN

THE TAVERN POLICE ARRESTED 22 YEAR OLD

GRAHM L. MUNGER OF REMUS, MICHIGAN AND 22

YEAR OLD BEAU YOUNGS OF BOSTON,

MASSACHUSETTS. THE TWO ARRESTED

INDIVIDUALS LED POLICE TO THE GAME SYSTEM

WHICH WAS RETURNED TO THE OWNER OF THE HOB

TAVERN. GRAHM MUNGER WAS CHARGED WITH

THEFT AND ALSO POSSESSION OF CDS

PARAPHERNALIA. MR. MUNGER WAS LODGED IN

BURLINGTON COUNTY JAIL AWAITING

EXTRADITION TO MICHIGAN ON OUTSTANDING

CHARGES OF CDS POSSESSION AND CRIMINAL

MISCHIEF. MR. YOUNGS WAS RELEASED ROR WITH A

COURT DATE LATER IN SEPTEMBER AFTER BEING

CHARGED WITH THEFT AND HINDERING

APPREHENSION AFTER GIVING POLICE FALSE

INFORMATION DURING PROSESSING OF ARREST.

BORDENTOWN CITY POLICE ARE WARNING

RESIDENTS IN REFERENCE TO PEOPLE SOLICITING

MONEY. ANY SOLICITORS WHETHER SELLING

MAGAZINES, SERVICES OR HANDOUTS BECAUSE

THEY'RE DOWN ON THEIR LUCK, THEIR CAR BROKE

DOWN, ETC. SHOULD BE TURNED AWAY AND NOT

ENTERTAINED. CONTACT POLICE AS A MATTER OF

RECORD, 298-0101.
