PRESS RELEASE FOR WEEK APRIL 26, 2010
STEPPED UP DWI ENFORCEMENT HAS NETTED SEVEN MORE
INDIVIDUALS FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED IN THE
BORDENTOWN CITY JURISDICTION SO FAR FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL.
ARRESTED AND ISSUED SUMMONS FOR LATER COURT APPEARANCES
ARE CAREN MILLS AGE 45 OF PENNSL YVANIA , JERMAR MOSES AGE 33
OF HAMIL TON, BRUCE MOSLEY AGE 47 OF TRENTON, ADAM PAQUETTE
AGE 22 OF BORDENTOWN, BENJAMIN SHULMAN AGE 27 OF
BORDENTOWN, JACOB BOROCHANER AGE 22 OF PENNSL YVANIA AND
URIATH CLARK AGE 26 OF MAPLE SHADE.

TWO SUBJECTS WERE ARRESTED AFTER BEING IDENTIFIED AS THE
ONES CAUSING CRIMINAL MISCHIEF TO TWO VEHICLES. THE FIRST
VEHICLE HAD IT'S SIDE VIEW MIRROR BROKEN OFF BY THE SUBJECTS
ON MARY ST. AND THE SECOND VEHICLE SUSTAINED A KEY SCRATCH
ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF A CAR PARKED IN THE VICTIMS DRIVEWAY.
IN THE AREA OF SECOND ST. UPON OBSERVING THE TWO
SUBJECTS AND GOING OUTSIDE TO CONFRONT THEM, THEY HAD
GONE, THE DAMAGE WAS FOUND AND REPORTED TO POLICE AT THIS
TIME. THE TWO SUBJECTS, WERE LOCATED SITTING ON A PORCH ON
SECOND ST. ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
WERE 24 YEAR OLD ALAN MERRILL OF NEW EGYPT AND 21 YEAR OLD
KYLE BYRNE OF WRIGHTSTOWN. BOTH HAVE A COURT DATE LATER
THIS MONTY.
ARRESTING OFFICER DET/SGT. SHAUN LAFFERTY.

POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING THE THEFT OF A GPS VALUED AT $200.00
STOLEN FROM A PICK UP TRUCK PARKED ON FARNSWORTH AVE.
PERPETRA TORS APPARENTLY ENTERED THROUGH A REAR SLIDING
WINDOW TO MAKE OFF WITH THE GPS. ANYONE WITH INFORMATION
