The Bordentown City Veterans Memorial Committee has joined the fight to save the memorial and the bridge it sits upon. The bridge is of significant historic value to this town, NJ train history and American history. The memorial is a significant cultural landmark signifying the sacrifice of Bordentown City residents have given in the name of freedom, from the Revolutionary War to present day. This group’s main function is to keep the community updated and make sure that we get as many people involved as possible. There will be letter writing campaigns, petitions and resource gathering. If you would like to be involved in some way please place your name and contact info on this page OR message Stephanie Corbo-Pecht on Facebook or email BtownCVMC@gmail.com To view a little more history, click on Farnsworth Avenue Bridge – Wikipedia
